His name is Thomas Breakwell.
Here's some interesting details about him:
He was the first englishman to become Bahai and the first western Bahai to give Huququllah. Also he was the first to make pilgrimage to Akka.
He was taught the faith by May Bolles (Ruhiyyih Khanum's mom) at the age of 29 he declared and then he passed away 1 year later (only at the age of 30).
Abdu'l-Baha wrote a tablet for him and cried twice while he was writing it.
