What I find effective about my junoir teacher
If you are a teacher or pioneer what I personally find effective in a junior youth class is that if you connect with the student like their your best friend. They will look up to you and listen because their anxious to listen to you its like having a normal conversation with friend. You have to be creative to get their attention or your wasting your time.
